1. Download and install OpenIV - http://openiv.com
2. Download and install Script Hook V - http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
3. Automatic installation OIV with OpenIV:
"Tools" tab -> Package Installer -> specify the path to the OIV file -> follow the OpenIV instructions.

How to deinstall:
===============
1. Extract "dlclist.xml" or edit it with OpenIV from mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\
2. Use notepad or OpenIV to open/edit it, and remove this line:
dlcpacks:\CYBERPUNK_BIKE_REPLACER\
3. Delete the "CYBERPUNK_BIKE_REPLACER" folder from: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
