This mod adds a modified fib agent uniform to Niko's closet
the outfit was inspired by Olanov's work: https://www.gtainside.com/en/gta4/skins/199359-improved-eflc-fib/
install:
1.Drag all the files(EXCEPT "player_p.wdd" and "player_p.wtd") in GrandTheftAutoIV/pc/models/cdimages/playerped.rpf,
2.Drag "player_p.wdd" and "player_p.wtd" in GrandTheftAutoIV/pc/models/cdimages/pedprops.img,
you can use the latest OpenIV to open that .rpf & .img file.
notice:the outfit is an ADDON mod, which means you need to use a Native Trainer to spawn it.
