Vanilla Gangs Improvement: Triads

"VGI: Traids" modify look of Triads, the changes mainly affect the older members of the syndicate. Based on the game lore, the Triads prefer black, purple, and red clothes, but there are members who don't cloth in the colors mentioned above (for deeper realism).
