Loading Screen Niko Jacket reskin

This is a simple reskin mod that reskins Niko's default Jacket texture to look like his Loading Menu PC art as used on the main menu of The Complete Edition/Base GTA 4.
Comes with a version with and without the stripe on his collar. These can also be added as new alternate textures if you just drag and drop them in playped.rpf with OpenIv.
That is if you don't want to direct replace them.

If however you want to replace them with existing outfits rename them to one of the versions of Niko's default outfit textures in playerped.rpf.
