Vladivostok FM ver. 4.0 by PudiMan
Information: I decided to refresh Vladivostok FM, I tried to pick up all the compositions for the atmosphere of the 2000s.
Listen and enjoy. Maybe it will bring Oldschool together ;)
Tested on GTA 4 1.0.7.0 for performance on other versions I'm not sure.
Of the minuses, there is a bug of grinding sound. It is treated by switching the radio station to another.
During the passage there were 5 such cases, in the future I will try to fix it.

--------------------------------------------------------------------
List of new compositions:
1. Bi-2 - No one writes to the Colonel
2. Breathe - Look at the sky
3. Chicherina - Tu-lu-la
4. Ligalayz - Life
5. T.A.T.U. - They won't catch up with us
6. Decl feat. Marusya - Letter
7. Semantic Hallucinations - Forever young
8. Caste - Noise around
9. Yulia Savicheva - Hello
10. Vyacheslav Butusov - Gibraltar Labrador
11. Slot Circles on the water
12. Triad - Deja Vu
13. The King and the Fool - The Sorcerer's Doll
14. Semantic Hallucinations - Why trample on my love
Left four tracks unchanged, such as:
1. Ruslana - Wild Dances
2. Marakesh - Wait
3. Cinema - Blood type
4. Serega - KING RING
Since there are a lot of on-air recordings associated with these compositions in the game files, which convey the atmosphere of Vladivostok FM very well.
Therefore, I left them unchanged.
