Players AIOG [OIV]

This mod aims to recreate GTA 5's char switch in GTA 4
as it will bring all players from EFLC as peds into IV with functioning face and it even makes them walk like they do in EFLC, also clothing sounds has even been restored.

The mod will replace models via dynamic .img system that means vanilla files are kept untouched, that lowers the change of CTD.
