iCEnhancer for low-end PC v2

Hi! this is my config for iCEnhancer (tested on 1.35, 2.0, 2.1). This config recomded to slow PCs. I edit iceconfig.ini, iceshader.fx and icebloom.fx


My PC configuration
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Intel Dual-Core E5200 @ 3.0 GHz
nVidia 9500 GT 1GB GDDR3

I have 25-35 FPS without fraps recording on my device

Instalation;
1.Install GTA IV
2.Instal iCEnhancer (1.35 or 2.x)
3.Copy and replace files from my pack
4.FUN :D
