Statue of Liberty has its own collision and torch is lit at night.
This is not final version, need some corrections
Author of original model and mod Odie (RIP)

ATTENTION!
Always make backup before install any mod!

Installation:
Use OpenIV for replace files in pc/maps/nj_liberty.img archive with replacement of existing.
