I fix that problem myself with Ultimate Texture 2.0 and visualIV 1.5 with EGRE 2.85.

Its amazing what that do to the game its a new game for me now

Don`t listen to people they don`t know how much work it is to set a great setting to work propely.

I don`t know how you do it.....its one thing that is bad and that is the shadow when you drive a car niko bellic`s shadow is outside of the car!

oh sorry !! i try it self now and see its nearly perfekt !! only is to dark at the shadows only in the sun is optimal brightness. I made a comparison ( a Test ) you can see self at youtube my Setting and your setting(

Like [GwM]Chavez says you hate to do this if your display is set on 60 ghz becouse its set on 75 ghz.

Your setting is great but it is too bright so i want to know how to change the settings so its darker? in days and brighter in nights?

after i put all the files in gta4 directory,the game won't start.What's the problem?

@chavez i have core i7@4.0, HD 5870, 6gb ram i play on max detail.
(avg 40 fps with your set)
even on your screens don't look too good.

could you put walls from that site on higher resolution?
btw what is your system specs?

maybe ur pc is too bad for my settings ;)

I've seen a better set of ENB less experienced people.
