Improved Vanilla Timecyc v1.1

Version 1.1: Added an optional ReShade preset

It is recommended to use Fusion Fix, but this works fine without it. The main premise of this mod was to remove the default bloom effect (as I didn't really like it) but now as that can be done through Fusion Fix, there is not much else to this mod.

What this timecyc changes:
- Far clip on most weathers/times (Increased on extra sunny and sunny, decreased on foggy)
- A few basic DOF changes
- Reduces shadow strength on clouds on some weathers, quite notably on sunny windy in the night
- Adds film grain (noise) to the following weathers: drizzle, rain, lightning, fog
- Removes bloom entirely (reason being that it fucks up a lot of lights)
- Increases luminosity on some weathers to make up for the loss of bloom
- Adds clouds to sunny midnight and 10pm
- Other minor changes
