This is the final update for the mod. In this update i just fixing some bugs (dukes especially) and some changing. Even though this is the final update i'll keep post some small fixing in the future

For the installation just put all the folder inside the GTA IV directory folder

*Note: i highly recommend to use a graphic/timecycle mod for the best experience, such as Reality IV 2.0 and DayL's Natural Timecycle
