Police Maverick Megaphone from GTA3

So i've made this mod in the past but decided not to release it and so on forgot about it until now when i was cleaning up my mediafire a bit it was there collecting dust and so i decided to release it, have nostalgia!

Installation
archive is .rar
installer is OIV therefore OpenIV is required to be installed
Open OpenIV then drag and drop the oiv file into its window
and enjoy

pretty simple mod this time
