Expensive Objects Nightclub For TBOGT[WPL][Final][OIV]

This is Expensive Nightclub that was via Simple Native Trainer at first then years later rebuilt as .wpl via in-game WPL Tool

the thing is object mess but still looks and feels like it was made via 3ds max or blender had my hard hours on this one when i had no idea how to make actual model now i do and things about my map mods will rapidly change expect new building mods for GTAIV soon i've got a lot of ideas.

Installation of the mod is OIV package now means that manual installation is no longer necessary

OpenIV is required for installation
