1.Open with SparkIV vehicle.img arhive from C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\cdimages
2.Import taxi.wft and taxi.wtd file from B Dacia Logan Prestige Taxi folder in arhive.
3.Save and rebuid the arhive and ...
Have Fun.

Thge car was tested on the 1.0.4.0 version.
