How can I make the ELS mod work in my GTA IV? What do I need to install? The lights from any ELS police car are not working... Thank you.

because a lot of people say they need a no ELS version^^

also... in description yoz said with ELS..... but you got the normal lights on top...no ELS lights....

so ... i think its not with ELS ... .texture is good...
