Hello! this is my first texture replacement for GTA IV, so i apologize if it's not up to standards.

During GTA IV beta, the Ingot used to be called the ''Flatpack'', as evidenced in the car lights texture name, flatpack_lights_glass.
This adds a simple texture replacement, as the badge now reads Flatpack instead of ingot.

Another reason why i made this as an extra addon car is so that the Ingot/Flatpack can actually appear in traffic with traffic loaders, as it usually doesn't,

There is some internal flag somewhere telling that it can only spawn with the russian cargroup.
I have not found exactly why or what causes it, my guess is that russian gang 2 somehow causes the script to not allow it spawn outside of hove beach.

Once again, I am very sorry if this is considered lazy, i would like to do more but since i do not have Zmodeller, i am unable to do any model changes, just textures. If anyone would like to collaborate with me, please contact me, i would be very glad
