VAPID SANDKING XL UTILITY TRUCK

The original GTAV Utility truck uses the IV Contender as a base, so with a way to fix the problem I decided
to do with the Sandking chassis truck, based on the F-450/550 Super duty to give more realism and also to be
more popular in Public service vehicles.

-Base from GTA V and other textures from GTA IV;
-Extra parts from utility;
-Custom Lods;
-Bed from the utility2;
-Custom collisions;
-Base cab from the Sandking XL;
-Custom sounds from FLA users.
