GTA 3 HD Real Water

I have a modified, and all textures replaced particle render file!

Created a new "waterreflection2" named texture.To render a water reflections like in vice city.But not working.Only implemented effects is the replaced default hq textures.

Enabled alpha's and DXT 3 texture's compression mode.To improve a stable rendering.And improve a small particle size.Check out my mod! Need a real reflection surfaces,like in vice city ??
Try to make a script to render my custom particle texture file! Have a nice day.I'am not a modder!
Try to use a script creator or any txd editor!
