Fix Smoketrail for Mobile

This mod will fix smoketrail because in a previous version smoketrail was very badly compressed but with this mod it will fix this problem and the way to install all you have to do is decompress the file then enter the txd tool application and then go to android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files/texdb and enter the gamemisc.txt folder then click on the plus sign then click on uncompressed with alpha then go to download and enter the folder that you decompressed then click on OK and this is the way to install the mod I hope you like this mod and thank you all
