Fixing Object Locations for Mobile

Fixing Object Locations by urikyo33 and Vadim M, ported by me for GTA Vice City on Android and IOS.
This mod will correct the location of objects on the map.

What are the mod fixes:
• Three broken-down cars were taken out from under the map under the bridge in Ocean Beach, not far from the Yacht Cortez;
• The rescue tower near the race track with Top Fun was taken out from under the map;
• A payphone located at an unattainable height east of the beach in Vice Point was installed in Downtown not far from Ammu-Nation;
• Fixed a flower pot that was located under the Hooker Sun Hotel;
• Fixed photo with Reagan and Gorbachev at Ammu-Nation in Downtown.
Installation:
• Unzip the zip archive;
• Import the texture into gta3hi.txt using the TXD Tool application;
• Import models into gta3.img using the GTA Img Tool application;
• Move the data folder to Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files and paste.
