Make It Rain Reshade

i created the make it rain reshade to change how we use reshade in gtav. instead of using this one is straight foward and easy to use not complicated and is smooth. doesnt require an enb or other files just a preset with no fps drops. it took hours from research on realistic images of LA to make it look realistic as possible. no fps drops. this graphics preset requires reshade 4.9.1 and Make visuals great again . THE GAME LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. I stopped posting mods on gtav .com this is the best site because the moderators don't give excuses the treat their creators well.
