A Reborn of v1.0 Real Car SFX Mod for GTA San Andreas "3rd Year Anniversary", Remix and Remastered by Rouge. It replaces some of cars, bikes and etc into a real vehicle sound.
This requires: Alci's SAAT GUI FrontEnd Tool for installation of sound effects, CLEO 3 or above and ASI Loader.
Vehicle Audio Loader is included (Original by Fastman92) and Also "Nitrous control" by Link2012.

10-11-13 - v1.0 First Release of Real Engine Sound Mod
12-14-13 - v1.1 Some Fixes
12-23-13 - v1.2 Re-titled to Real Car Engine Sound Mod/Some Fixes

01-31-14 - v1.3 - Final Release with new Car Engine Sounds

So nice and all but...as long as the engine revving system on the game remains unaccurate (unlike in GTA IV/V), this would worth for little if you ask me.
