Police 2nd Gen Buffalo (Non ELS)

A more realistic mod now, with the 2nd gen buffalo police, based on the 2013 dodge charger. This one also spawns as both a 'slicktop' and normal police car (just trying to make the most of a seemingly unsolvable bug). Shouldn't have any bugs other than that, and is multi-livery enabled and comes with numerous unit numbers.

What's next I hear ye say?

I'll make a much more realistic LCPD buffalo with vector lightbar and LCPD livery next. After that I'll move on to civilian vehicles, particularly the Mesa Thundersmacker's recently converted.
