KBL1974's L3EVO+ Modified ENB Settings

This messed up my gta so bad, yes it looks better, but the HUD flickers and the game gets choppy when ever i move the mouse to look around or a car starts driving.

Balti, the Complete Pack ships with GTA IV v1.0.7.0/1.0.0.7 (the version number is different depending on where you're from, but they're the same thing) and EFLC v1.1.2.0. That's probably why you're having issues. I'll give it a download and report back if I see anything wrong (I'm running GTA IV 1.0.7.0).

I'm playing complete edition and mostly TBoGT if this is significant?

Balti I've not heard of this happening and have had no experience with it. Are you using it with version 1.0.4.0? If so, I suggest hitting iCEnhancer facebook boards and put it out there. Sorry mate.

great one! looks fantastic ingame. but i have the problem that the effects ain't always there. When I start the game they appear always just after a while and sometimes they stop again and come back after a while
