GTA V Flying Ambience Music v2.0 final

IT IS A MOD THAT BRINGS A GTA V FEATURE IN GTA SA.
WHENEVER YOU ARE FLYING IN A VEHICLE SUCH AS HELICOPTER,
AEROPLANES OR JETPACK, THEN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO HEAR THE
SAME MUSIC THAT YOU WOULD HEAR WHEN FLYING IN GTA V.
WORKS WITHOUT ANY BUGS.

UPDATES & FIXES(09/03/2015):-
1.length of the sound effect(music) is increased.

2.now the script is more stable.

3.added wasted and busted condition checks, so the mod
becomes more realistic and will not cause crashes
at all.

4.now the source code is provided for moders(people
who learn scripting and create mod of their own).

5.Now you can set your desired volume for the sound effect(added this part of the script on 07/07/2015).
