Fixed Mr. Vercetti Cutscene Outfit

For some reason, GTA Vice City seems to be using an old (possibly beta) version of the Mr. Vercetti outfit in cutscenes. The loafers are different and the suit itself is a lot lighter. This mod will convert the in-game, Miami Vice based suit to cutscenes without any jaw/eye movement problems.

Installation: Place the folder in modloader. Or install it manually by replacing CSplay9.txd in gta3.img with my version.

No more sudden color changes in cutscenes. Or shoes!
