Because there's also people that prefer GTA-style models over ones that don't fit into the game athmosphere.
This one looks very good to me, a reasonable compromis between GTA athmosphere and realism.
Why not something more accurate to real-life instead of a simple recolor & retexture edition? https://www.helis.com/h2/lasd_helicopter.jpg lore-friendly mods are full of potential, don't limit yourself ;)
