Added damage parts (except for tuning parts)

Known bugs:
Bad door sills
Windshield and glass couldn't have reflection with ENB enabled

INSTALLATION STEP (use Alci's IMG Editor, IMG Manager 1.5, Spark, etc)
Replace all files to GTA San Andreas\models\gta3.img
