Fixed Dunerider

You fixed some rockstar's issues but added some more issues as well some weird decisions, so i fixed all these issues my self (now we have the perfect dune i guess lol.)

Fixed the camera height issue;
Restored the vanilla mirror (your mirror ins't a fix.);
3D Headlight restored;

BTW I saw that all your paintjob mods include only 3 paintjobs but San Andreas support 4 of them even default cars have 3.

@Dragomazing I think its collision data causing the car camera to be higher than usual, it is because the bounding box inside collision data is too high and its pivot point is uncentered. But I fix it by myself. But if you want my fixed collision data, feel free to ask me :)
