GTA San Andreas Dynamic Stars

Dynamic Stars implements three new visual styles for the wanted stars on the HUD in III, VC and SA by directly modifying their native functions.
This mod currently features three visual styles: LCS/VCS style, SA style (replaced by III/VC style in SA) and a special custom style.
The visual styles can be very easily switched between through the use of a very simple and completely optional .INI file which also explains each visual style in detail.
As a side effect, this mod fixes the non-functional "WANTED_STARS_ARE_FLASHING" (0x057B) opcode in SA to work properly, just like in VC.
in order this script to work properly you need to install cleo.
