1.Open with IMGTOOL your gta3.img
2.Replace cj_money_bags.txd and dyn_cash.txd with new cj_money_bags.txd and dyn_cash.txd.
3.Open with IMGTOOL your cutscene.img.
4.Go play and enjoy the mod.
