Adds fuel consumption to all vehicles.

Every time you enter a different vehicle, a random amount of fuel is set to it. It can record the fuel value of the last vehicle you've been in, and the fuel value of one saved vehicle.

The saved vehicle will not be erased from memory and the script will keep track of the fuel amount, a white blip will also be added to the map to keep track of the vehicle.

Press Z while inside a vehicle to save that vehicle.

Press X while at a fuel station to add 10$ worth of fuel.
Hold X while at a fuel station to fill up the fuel tank.

The fuel gauge is shown under the radar as soon as you start a vehicle. The gauge displays values between 1 and 100, if under 15 the gauge is shown in red, otherwise is shown in green.
