Fixed EFLC Characters in IV Cutscenes

That's right, I managed to fix and improve the skins and character models from EFLC just the way they really should look in the cutscenes of IV! So every time you get to a missions where our favorite main protagonists are Luis and Johnny. Like other sympathetic and antisympathetic characters, such as Jason, Jim, Gay Tony, Gracie, Ashley and Bulgarin. You will no longer see them as they used to look, and this time you will be able to enjoy playing this amazing game a lot with them! Because with this mod, GTA IV feels now more connected to TBoGT and TLAD than it was before.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
I tried to fix Eugene's skin, to make it look like from TBoGT. But unfortunately I failed. It is very complicated and impossible to do. So I'm very sorry about that. I hope there will be no objections. As it's a Rockstar's fault, not mine.
