Important info:

About this mod:
- Resized bullet impacts to a more realistic scale
- New & more gore-ish blood splatter texture on windshields
- Realistic blood pool and splatter textures
- Removed "blood mist" effect (see pictures)

Installation:
1. Place fxprojtex.wtd in this directory
Grand Theft Auto IV > pc > textures > fxprojtex.wtd

2. Place bloodfx.dat in this directory
Grand Theft Auto IV > common > data > effects > bloodfx.dat

3. Start up GTA4
