Improved SanFierro Entry Sign
This mod makes the propeller of the airplane sign have a rotate animation at SF airport.
Not only that, it also improved several things on that arch sign such as, collisions, models, UV textures, prelighting and added 2dfx light.

This mod is an update of the previous mod but have a different name(it's Animated Propeller).

To be honest, that's a terrible mod..
So here i bringing you the most beautiful update><

what's new?
- Better prelighting(100x)
now it looks more immersive and s m o o o t h.
- Changing the UV texture to a metal texture.
the original already uses metal texture actually(gen_chrome.png), but it looks like concrete.
- Improved the models & collisions
fixed UV texture(airplane), added windshield(airplane), changing the collision surface to metal(airplane), improved the arch sign collision surface.
