@Astro NeroWell i made it to work on PC and no one had problems with it...i never tested on Android cause i dont have it
The skin is good also in GTA: SA Android.
The problem is that if you spawn Michael, the CLEO Menu become invisible.
It seems that the problem is the .dff file.
