I would very much like to ask you for this help, as I follow your mods they are perfect!
I would like to ask if you can check a place in GTAIV where the producers made a mistake in the textures and this causes a tremendous drop in FPS due to the modeling error. As you understand well from normal maps, textures,
if you can verify this part of the map specifically this cafeteria, it has glasses and reflection areas internally that when looking at the place the frame rate drops absurdly.
It is evident that there is a modeling error in that location if you can verify it and maybe even fix it would be a big step forward for GTA IV because many people complain about the drop in FPS in this location. I'll give you the location on the map and the photo
