great mod

only what you have to do is :

copy/paste all from cleo folder and cleo text into program files rockstar games cleo, when you done open IMG editor and put inside all files from GTA3.img and save ... and you done

wrote they're names and that's all

I will explain how it works

1. choose any weapon (gun, uzi, etc... )
2. aim on pedestrain and click F5
3. when you see red glow then choose what you wan't to do with him/her

Tab - move it, key N - kill, Y - will walk with you

works on my computer and it's very easy to use

once I started gang territories from load game but they were still on the map ... how to disable ?? ( if that's even possible ) WITHOUT re-playing

will you tell me please how to install and where to install
