Could you make Niko Ped in EFLC come up with different outfits?

Probably a dumb question but is it based on the console version timecycle?..like does it have those reflections restored?
I've heard people saying that the PC version vanilla timecycles of GTA IV lacks the reflection of the console version.. that's why i asked 🤔

I hated the default clothing anyways.
Can you make Niko appear wearing the famous 'Sasha Clothing' with gloves added for EFLC? That would be totally badass
