Makes for some weird a** animations that are hilarious. By the way, what graphics modifications are you using?
"4k" It literally makes NO difference in the water. It looks like it's just been upscaled and that means you won't notice a difference. 
Literally looks like GTA 5 now.

Everything looks great. The only problem is the taxi lights are way too bright. Could you fix that?
